I think there are more shows about Sisters wanting to bang their Brothers (& vice versa), than there are actual instances of such behavior.
Looking at the premise no one will be expecting a great story and characters.
But this anime fails to clear the low bar, it set for itself.
Everything about this anime is horrendous.
Animation & Art 1/10:
Looks like a shitty low budget hentai from mid-2000s.
Characters 1/10:
Calling the characters Cardboard will be an insult to such a useful material.
Story 1/10:
Little sister wants to bang his Idiot big Bro. Comedy Gold, Am I right?

Although I don't like this genre of anime. But in case of anime like Eromanga Sensei, I can still get a laugh or two while also appreciating the art and some story elements making it somewhat enjoyable.
But this anime is an absolute atrocity.
If they were so short on budget, they should have made one (30-min) episode of a hentai and called it a day.
