I feel that a lot of people in the anime community dismiss Galaxy Angel for a lack of plot, bad character designs etc etc, and while I agree it may not be the most original show ever, it is definitely enjoyable. It is a show that I can watch over and over and still enjoy (and I can't say that about a lot of shows). The humour is very light-hearted, but still takes maturity to understand. You can often see a lot of jokes coming, but that makes it that much funnier when you actually experience the punchline. This is not a series to be taken seriously, it is just to be enjoyed! It's the kind of thing that reminds me of Bugs Bunny with no real continuity or canon to speak of, life just "resets" instead of "continues" as normal each episode.
I loved the cute character designs, and the OP's and ED's were just to die for...I guess, yeah the art was kind of re-used and not that amazing, but that's an element that normally doesn't bug me that much.
Overall, this is a very enjoyable anime--I absolutely loved the voice acting, the characters, the humour and everything. This is definitely one of my favourite anime, and I really suggest watching at least a couple episodes (skip the first one if you must, it's kinda boring and you won't miss anything by jumping in mid-season) before passing judgment.
