The anime starts off okay but within the first 2 episodes you get to know why the rating for this anime isn't all that great. Let me elaborate on that bit, you get next to no backdrop on the characters and the story is shoved into your mouth so quickly that you can hardly taste anything. I could feel next to nothing for the characters because I was given no reason to.
Devil's Line fails to make you root or feel anything for the "Vampire" or Humans and that is why this is not a brilliant anime by any figment of the imagination.
If you like vampire stuff then this might be the thing for you but besides that I don't see why this is a journey you should embark on. The good thing about this anime is the Opening and ED, that's about it.
