Story: Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni has eight arcs; Four question arcs and four answer arcs. The real plot to the story deals with a boy named Keichii Maebara. During the series he gets suspitious of his friends. Their are various murders and mysteries during the series. Overall the story really fits with the genres of the anime.
Art: Art of this anime is good, worthy of a 8. The art really gets realistic when you get deeper into the anime. Their isnt much to really say about the art besides how it gets more ad more real when you get deeper into the episodes but besides that their is nothing else to say.
Sound: The sound is really good. The sound realy makes it worthy of being called a horror anime. The opening and ending also fits with its genre of horror. I suppose that if one would watch his anime they would thing the same as I did and say it fits in with the whole horror anime genre. Sound overall gets a 8.
Characters: The characters are good. In all in this anime their are 6 main characters and a few supporting characters. Also 5 out of 6 are girls so I guess the anime would be considered a harem. Overall the characters are worthy of a 10 and they fit in with the plot.
Overall: Overall the whole anime of Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni is worthy of getting a 9. This anim e is perfect for a lover of gore, murder, mystery, and anyother thing related to horror. This anime is one of the best horror anime ever made.
