First, let me clarify that this review is from the point of view of someone who has already played the Visual Novel and is a big fan of it. If I hadn't played the VN beforehand and just watched F/SN 2006 (Deen) and UBW I would have probably given a higher score to HF Presage Flower.

Now, before you watch this movie you absolutely must wach Fate/Stay Night:UBW as this movie already asssumes that you know some of the things that happen in the UBW route, otherwise you'll feel pretty confused since the movie skips the introduction of the Servant system and how it works plus other things which I obviously don't want to spoil (and you're supposed to know already).
Think of every Fate route as a story with the same beginning but then the stories greatly diverge from each other and the paths are totally different, as well as the outcome and character explorations. However, that beginning is always the same and it's where they explain a lot of relevant things.

Heaven's Feel is the last of the 3 routes from the Fate/Stay Night game, so it skips a lot of the explanations, do bear that in mind if you want to watch the movie without having watched at least UBW.

Let's talk about the good first, which is obviously the animation, art and sound, as to be expected from Ufotable.
The animation is gorgeous and the CGI, while sometimes it feels like it's too much, it's overall not so bad.
The OST was also pretty good, in an epic kind of way, like every Fate anime adaptation from Ufotable which are mostly focused on the fighting part.

Another good thing that this movie did was the portrayal of Shinji's character. Here they made Shinji seem like a conflicted dude instead of the unreasonable douchebag that he typically is. It showed that he somewhat respected Shirou when he was in the archery club. It really seemed as if Shirou leaving the club affected him.

Now with the not so good, which mostly involves characters and parts of the story.
This could seem a bit obvious considering it's a movie, but it really felt rushed compared to the Visual Novel. They did their best to capture the essential of every part of the first couple of days of the VN but a lot is still missing, specially since in the game we have a lot of internal monologues from Shirou, the MC, and when I say ''a lot'' I really mean it. These monologues give us insight into Shirou's way of thinking and his feelings, they're basically what shape his whole character.
Obviously, the movie skips most of that so it can get to the exciting stuff which is the fighting.

Also, there is a part in the movie that if you haven't played the VN beforehand you'll think ''Wtf happened here? How is this servant still alive?''. That part is perfectly explained in the game with an interlude while the movie for some reason totally skips that interlude as well as other relevant dialogues that should have been included for the sake of comprehension.

To sum up, I would say that the movie is obviously worth watching if you are a Fate fan, as the animation is beautiful and so are the fight scenes. I give it an overall score of 7/10 and not more because I'm actually comparing it to the Visual Novel HF route. If you have only watched the anime adaptations you won't obviously notice the things that are missing from the VN and you'll probably give it a higher score.
