Sophie, an average teenage girl working in a hat shop, encounters the mysterious wizard Howl on her way to see her sister. Sometime later she is confronted by the conniving and vain Wicked Witch of the Waste who curses her, turning her into a very old woman. Unable to remain, Sophie leaves her home and finds refuge in Howl’s magical moving castle.
My thoughts:
This anime is wonderful. I truly enjoyed it. I’m a fan of anything magical and the love that can break a curse, or change a person is always something I enjoy. The animation is amazing and the story plot was great. I recommend watching Howl’s Moving Castle.
