I don't get the hate for this show. It's such an innovative ramen industry advertisement, more so than any other advertisement I've seen. It does exactly what it was intended to do: makes me wish I could just hop on a plane to Japan and have some amazing ramen. No commercial has ever gotten me interested in a product I didn't have previously developed interest in, but this show changes that. My only complaint is that they give too much screen-time to Yuu's stalking, and not Koizumi's Ramen Quest without her, so it feels like I'm seeing the tip of the ice berg.
