With that mindset on, try and read Skill of lure and you will most definitely be caught off-guard. The manga begins to take shape around the 5th or 6th chapter and everything starts from there.
Personally, if you don't like the art then you will have a hard time appreciating this piece of work as for me that is the selling point for this entire manhwa. The use of the vwacky faces coupled by the solid lines makes it very hard to not take this manhwa seriously. But that it why it is so good as it sneakily tries to get its way from laughing our mouths out all the way to crumpling our hearts.
The pacing is very much incredible as you cannot feel a single chapter being a "filler arc". I just hoped that they gave a little more backstory for the other characters such as Big Titty Girl Yura, Lee Ruri, and the cousin girl since it felt like they were thrown under the bus after the main antagonist showed up.
Overall, read it and feel the slice of life vibe coursing through your veins
