Elfen Lied is hands down my second favorite anime. For a single person to fill your soul with such sorrow and pity for every character is simply amazing. I could feel everyone's sorrow. And the story line was simply amazing. This is definetly a must see. But is obviously not for the faint of hard. If you don't like gore, this is obviously not your kind of anime. But you know what screw that. Bear with it and feel the emotions of teh storyline. I hope it's worth it. It was truely a very moving anime. I've rewatched it probably 20 times and I know basically everything about it. That just makes it easier to understand. You may need to watch it a couple times to understand the whole feeling behind it. Because it is one of those animes where you rewatch it and you're like... ohhh..... I didn't know that. But once you know what;s going on, it will be one of the best animes you've ever seen. Please give it a chance. I hope you like it and feel teh same way about it. Just as I do.
