Anyone that has watched more than a few OVA knows for a fact that OVA are there just to show skin and usually feature Onsens just for that purpose with little to no story and no care for character evolution.

Here we have a very nice OVA that is fun to watch. It keeps the spirit of the main anime and manages to keep it's level and cleverness and still make you feel feels. I am pretty sure it could even be watched as the final episode of a 14 episode anime instead of watching it as the OVA after a 13 episode anime. It's that good compared to the overall show! I must really commend the staff for that little gem of an OVA!
