Thirteen episodes later i exclaimed "That's it?!" and was filled with regrets. All the characters are bland tropes and the show has zero interest to give them any development. The setting and Dungeons & Dragon style item and magic system could have been a basis for a great show, but they're only used to provide lame exposition and enanle the bare-bones self servicing plotline that - spoilers - leads nowhere.
Do yourself a favor, watch the two and a half decently animated fight scenes and skip the rest, because its only there to justify wasting a whole BluRay for this snoozefest.
