And suddenly our cold knight Zero, pressures Yuki with his feelings even though she looses the man she loves. The journey between the two seem.. poorly written and could be written better by the author. It doesn't show much in key moments. Such as Yukis death in the last chapters in the main manga. Or the effects it leaves her children and the other characters.
And even some characters, seem forced as well outside the main trio. Such as showing random characters into the main plot. Like Shiki and Rima. It didnt add to the story and we should have more focus on Kaname as a character with his past. Which seem to be lacking, and not what Hino is giving to the fans. As she said so herself. She didn't give Kaname justice in the main manga. And therefore I believe she should give him more of a spotlight.
Howver it is good overall.
