This series satires and parodies events from World War I and World War II. For example the main characters are the Axis Powers, and they are named after those countries (Germany, Italy and Japan respectively), and their enemies are The Allied Powers (America, England, France, Russia and China).
Since this anime was based on web cartoon shorts, it's only about 5 minutes long, which may be too short for some, but for me that's a good thing for when you don't feel like sitting through a long show.
It's also surprisingly funny and random; Italy randomly yelling out "PASTA~" and the characters getting into weird situations, but underneath all this can actually teach you history about WWI and WWII if you pay attention to those details.
To wrap up, if you're a history and anime buff, you will most likely enjoy this show.
