It's an enjoyable anime with really nice art and story.While the ending of the first part wasn't the one I could hope for it was still really nice.The second part on the other hand so far is really enjoyable and I have a lot of expectations from it!
Aside from that the characters are nice helps built a nice atmosphere for the anime and the art and sound are nicely done too adding more reasons to why someone should give it a chance!
Overall I would give it a 7 cause even for all the above the first's part ending made me think of dropping it.Other than that I don't see why someone shouldn't see it in the first place.
