Remember all those harem animes with that one little sister that keeps repeating "oniichan" over and over, well replace that with mone and add a few "frankly" and "you, knows?' in there and you got yourself Yumeria.
But in all seriousness its a decent show thats for the most part light hearted, if you enjoy a decent harem anime then give it a shot.
The only thing i'd say could be better is the animation but its from 2004 so my standards for HQ 4k animation wasn't very high. The sound is also quite poor but same situation really, i cant recall a single anime from before 2008 that had good sound.
