I really did had a high expectation of this show but it all fell flat as soon as it got to later episodes. The love triangle was lame, matter of fact it didn't even feel like love triangle at all and Freyja character might have excitement but it did nothing for me as she is the main character. I rather have the whole story based on Mikumo since she was the only one that kept me interested in the show. I really wanted to see Mirage grow but they basically but her in a boring love triagnle that we know from the first episode who will end up being together.

The storyline wasn't much I felt like they rushed in too much and left so many plots out the way that could've been great for this show but in this case it didn't happen. Also, by the way is it me or Walkure singing together always have mismatch feeling as i being off key together majority the time which really bothers me.

The songs were okay for me but if you ever want to get in the Macross series I advice you not to watch this first but hey this is only in my opinion because you may like it. Anyway I give this show a 5/10 which is just average it not bad but not good enough for me.
