Haruna falls in love with Shu at first sight while working on getting a contract with his grandfather's sake brewery. The two don't see eye to eye right off the bat but, that doesn't stop Haruna from trying his best to win over his crush. The story includes background stories for the brewery as well as past failed relationships for both Haruna and Shu.
Characters
Haruna is an optimistic and straightforward uke who is persistent when it comes to the one he loves. Shu is a a bit of the silent type, moody, and is often misunderstood. When the two of them get together it is almost like oil and water; but as the saying goes, sometimes opposites attract!
Shu's grandfather and sister are great side characters. The involvement with the entire family makes it feel like you are a part of the story, and really creates a great atmosphere.
Enjoyment
The slow paced "courtship" between the two is quite realistic. They don't just jump in the sack and bam! a couple is born. The time it takes them to eventually become a couple is very believable. But when they do, you definitely feel the sparks fly. I'd say as far as BL love stories goes, this is one of my favorites.
