It is a slow start anime. The first episodes are cringy and a little bit unsatisfying to watch with the notion that it is a gag anime; but latter episodes recovered the anime from the brink of despair with better pacing, story, and new characters. Thus, if you haven't enjoyed this anime's earlier episodes, give the next episodes a chance, I guarantee that you'll have at least a few laughs.

There is very little over arching story in this anime, instead it maybe seen a compilation of the best of Sakamoto's nichijou/ everyday life.

Characters are simple, yet compelling to watch, especially as the series went on.

Personally, I think the OP and ED songs don't suit the anime. Although, the instrumental background music for punchlines salvage the quality of sound choice.
