I will never forget how disappointed I was when I watched Gendo Senki and how confused I was when I realized Tokikake wasn't a Ghibli movie but a Madhouse one.
Going to the point, I gonna make a long review:
Character and Art. Someone complained that the art is a minus point. But it's not at all to me. Look at the background, it's precise and filled by enthusiasm. Look at characters, you can't find so noticeable and unforgettable chars so easily. And I''m glad that they did not try to make Makoto a beauty. Of course, she's cute, but in her manner and voice and being herself. I must rate Character 10 out of 10. Cause they're so natural and lovely, so easily to note that they're best friends together. There're times that Makoto act foolishly, but I'm sure that a lot of people around me would act more worse if they have the same ability as her
Story. No comment. Time travel and Romance mixed well here than expected.
Sound. Oh my god, I love the instrumental ones. They're real art works. But the ending song did not do an as-good-as job, so I just give the sound 8 points.
Overall, this is a must-watched animated movie, if you're not going to judge how idiot the main char Makoto is.
