Makura no Danshi is a 1st person anime meant to give a lonely person company before going to sleep. However, it does the exact opposite for me personally, this anime made me feel like a pathetic loser. I wasn't even taking it seriously and it still made me feel terrible. This whole anime has a very creepy vibe with terrifying close-ups that were really more off-putting than anything else, and that's including this whole anime's basis. There are 11 or 12 (I don't care to remember) boys to choose, with a wide range of personalities and appearances, from a basic creepy as hell fem boy, to a literal five year old (which might I add, made me feel very uncomfortable). This whole anime is just a fit of cringe. I guess to someone who was deathly lonely this could be good? But for someone like me who has their fair share of social interaction this anime was just mind mindbogglingly horrid.
