Considering The Storyline and other Aspects of what you expect from an anime is Filled like infinite Honey in HXH.

At First you might think like it is totally Kiddish , thou after a few episodes you'll be like holy shit dude , That is totally Dark Anime , Anyways , then it turns out to be a tournment type anime , then it turns out to be a crime thriller and many more.You would never find the storyline to be Dragging , i mean you're watching a 148 episode anime guys, you would want something different each arc. This is what makes HXH a unique !

Talking about the Animation Aspects.
The Animation in 2011 one is Amazing !
Mad House has Spent a Lot on this and it turned out to be amazingly executed.

Its Ratio of Episode Dragging Storyline is very low .Only 2 Filler episodes,and that also are recaps.
