In regards to plot... There's no plot. It's just one of those anime which would've been better as an OVA. But still, it's interesting to see why the little sister of the series is so obsessed with her brother.
Characters are... disposable. The MC is your typical ecchi/harem MC surrounded by beautiful girls who all want a shot at him. Also, the little sister resembled the heroine from Sankarea. Not really original, in my opinion. There is, however, one character that I personally liked: Anastasia. Now she's a character who's hard to define. She's not a kuudere because she sometimes act like a tsundere who is also quite perverted.
The art style was... okay. The opening theme was hilarious and the ending theme was cute.
Was it enjoyable? Yes, it was funny. And if I weren't a harsh critic, I would've given this anime a higher score. But since I've seen a lot of anime with similar themes, it doesn't seem that surprising. I'd recommend these to those new to anime, and also those who want a bit of laugh. In the end, it doesn't really matter who the brother ends up with.
