The protagonist, Kojou Akatsuki, is considered out of luck, being gifted a position as 4th Progenitor by his predecessor. Due to his new position as 4th Progenitor, his everyday life as a normal boy schooler changed and surrounded by many abnormal people nowadays. From observers, Sword Shaman, War Dancer, a mage, royal family, to other Progenitors. Not all of em is a woman of course. The way he lives his life now is full of bloodshed and showdown, circling around in daze cases. Somehow with the power he has in the present anyway, he can do something for the sake of others.

Like other anime series for genre action and fantasy with nice graphics & artworks as the main point, Strike The Blood is also that one, outstanding fighting scenes with the good details on its aspect. The colouring is not an eyesore, just deeper but with good radiant. The feeling of enormous battle is intense, that's how I enjoy this series.
The characters development is quite good even with the episodic type of story, we can see how these characters grow up a little bit. Sometimes an episode will just focus to a character but on the other hand the viewers can also find the case when more than just two characters involved and gives more colour to the story. Since this anime isn't the type to just set the viewer eyes to just certain persons, it is easy to detect other characters present—yet there are sooo minor here. Can't describe if I have a crush for those minor characters too lol

Errr..what's next? Strike The Blood theme songs I guess. Well, this series has 4 theme songs, each two songs for OP and ED. Strike The Blood OP first halfway by Kishida Kyoudan & The Akeboshi Rockets "Strike the Blood (ストライク・ザ・ブラッド)" and "Fight 4 Real" by ALTIMA. And for the #1 ED theme song is sung by Kanon Wakeshima "Strike my soul", and #2 is sung by Yuka Iguchi "Strike my soul". I can't say much seeing that these four are simply decent.

From all aspects above, I rate the series 7+
Pros:
Nice graphics
With so shounen plot, characters improvement still have its portion

Cons;
Many unusual terms, hard to remember
(For me it's so unfortunate) Episodic plot
It's harem is damn maximal
