The problem with slice of lives is that they tend to be mostly pretty good, safe, but good. There seem to be OK ones to amazing ones, and this one falls somewhere between. The cast of characters is diverse and hilarious, where else will you find a masochist, and bookworm, a sadistic cute girl and a super hot desperate girl with huge boobs? I appreciate taking the basic formula of "put a lot of people in a house together with not much happening and let the story write itself". This is typical slice of life stuff and I think it is done quite well. If there were any issues it would be that the ending felt a bit generic and the MC was a little too nice (as is often the case in these things) so he came across a bit whiny and desparate. That being said, for a single season anime this is fun and I suggest it!
