Higurashi no Naku Koro ni.or when they cry as the English dubbed version is called is a great anime the anime takes place in June of 1983 and revolves around a boy named keeichi maebara and his friends shion mion Rena who are victim to murders and a curse named oyoshirocurse.several people becomes infected with the oyoshirocurse and becomes insane I am not going to spoil anything but in each arc someone dies. the plot are a puzzle so I recommend you watch the anime several times to fully understand it.all Inn all a very good anime there is also a second season but it's only japanese dubbed
