Story:
Here's the main issue about the second season. The story of this show is pretty low to none in my opinion. It's about a team of female warriors traveling through different kingdoms without any real objectives. In my opinion they did try to make some kind of story but it wasn't any good at all. They just kept traveling back and forth helping old friends with the weirdiest issues.
Art:
The art is just as the first season. Nothing was really well drawn or crappy drawn. It's just your typical harem female warriors animation quality.
Sound:
Compared to the first season, the sound wasn't as good as the first season. The OP/ED song were decent. During the 12 episodes there were different songs being song, and a few of them were actually good in my opinion. I end up skipping the OP/ED on every episode.
Character:
Same as first season. There aren't any new main characters in season two. Nobody changed compared to the first season. All their personality remained the same.
Enjoyment:
I felt I didn't enjoyed the second season as much as the first season. The jokes weren't as good as the first season, and at some point you will get tired of the same echiness.
Overall:
If you want to kill some time or you're bored or a big fan of echi/comedy/random story anime, feel free to watch it, otherwise there are better animes out there to spend your time. I end up watching most of the episodes while chatting on msn/irc. The "score" 5 doesn't mean it's total crap, it means it's an average show with nothing really special.
