DISCLAIMER SPOILER ALERT: ok, it took me a while to understand this show. i saw it for the first time when i was 13, it drove me to depression...lol, but not really. but in the end. Asuka stops shinji from killing her, thats really big. the reason for this is because do you all remember when Asuka said "I would rather die then be with you!"? for all those ppl out there that thought this show was worthless and just made me confused and angry. IT HAS A CONCLUSION. she loves Shinji and doesn't want him to be alone and Shinji finaly understood. idk if this comment will ever be read, but on the off chance that is , im glad if this helped you.
