Story - 10/10
Powerful story, though you need to watch a few eps to see it.
Animation/Action - 3/10
Good character designs, BAD consistency - looks like total garbage at times. Certainly not why you should be watching NHK.
Characters - 9.5/10
ALL main characters have been WELL developed and get the screen time needed. Chemistry between characters is GREAT.
Soundtrack - 7/10
All OP and ED are good, suit the show very well. OST gives the feels during scenes, but not the type of songs to make you want to listen to casually (in my opinion).
Extra Notes:
Unique as it goes over problems in people's lives. Talks about introversion, paranoia and low self-esteem. Appears weird at first but you need to get past it (But the weird is funny and enjoyable) to see the depressing message. A Character leaves the Main Character and it really feels empty without them, even if they're not dead.
Conclusion: Extremely funny, very weird and unique and hard to get into. you'd need to get past the start (not hard in my opinion but people have been put off) to see the POWERFUL MESSAGE the show has to offer. This anime was the MOST enjoyable anime I have ever seen.
