When regarding the story of this anime, it is really enjoyable and very enjoyable. Searching for the jewel shards and battling demons is obviously a large factor in this anime, but I feel that the whole Kagome and kikyo drama ruined it slightly for me. The love triangle, which split many fans of the show in two with the kagome and inuyasha groups (me) and the kikyo and inuyasha group. This is due to the fact that at points I found it very annoying, however I think this drama aspect of the anime helped to keep me intrigued throughout thee 190+ episodes and 4 movies, aswell as reading the manga (500+ chapters.)

The majority of the dialogue of this anime is literally Kagome and Inuyasha shouting eachothers names, if you've seen it you'll probably agree, if you're going to watch it, you probably will agree.

My favourite character would have to be Kirara purely for her cute face and the fact she has no lines, or Sango due to her with her skills as a demon slayer and her relationship with Miroku.
I did enjoy the character development of Inuyasha, even though he drove me up the wall with his indecisiveness to choose between Kagome and Kikyo, I liked watching him slowly identifying Kagome as her own person and by the way she looks (like kikyo.) Aswell as watching him grow and learn to use his Tessaiga.

I would recommend it to anyone who was looking for a long anime that has its comedy, drama, romance and action. But only if they're ready to get extremely frustrated by the characters.
