The characters are the only thing the anime has that's decent. We're told bits and pieces of what seems to be a plot, and something Heme will have to face one day, but it never comes. There is no story development, no progression in the plot at all. It's a very weak story, but decent character personalities. The main charater himself is useless. Overall, it doesn't have any direction, and that's a huge downfall in itself. If you're looking for something to have a meaningful plot and characters that grow with you, this won't be one of them. For entertainment purposes, it's okay, but if you're looking to get hooked, skip to the next one.
