The story is fantastic, the writing is very good, you can feel the bond between all the main characters and how the unfolding events really affect them. As the story progresses you can sense how they are changing and how their relationships also change.
I preferred the first "act" to the second as it was more grounded in reality and felt that the show became a little farfetched towards the end but the emotion in the characters and the purpose behind their actions was still very well thought our and delivered.
The music in the show is also very good, it blends very well with the setting and genre.
Definitely worth watching if you like an anime with a very good story.
