This anime was an eye opener for me. I typically watch rom coms, and this is my first review every, so don't judge. The story was laid back, fun, and absolutely pointless. The art was colorful to the point were you barf rainbows for a day. The songs, dear lord the songs in the anime where phenominal. Every song was spot on. I typically skip the part with singing related scenes, but Space Dandy was the first one to ever just hook me onto the songs. The songs were fantastic even though no one talks about them. All the characters you meet are loveable douche bags. I enjoyed this anime not to the fullest becuase of how everythin almost seems to reset every episode, but it was still great none the less. I would recommend this anime to the people who are not into action, even though this anime is categorized as sci-fi. I took the time out of my anime binge watch just to write how much I adore this anime, especially that adorable blonde kid. This anime should have been categorized as slice of life, since it teaches about morals, even though they end up making fun of it 2 seconds later by showing how it never happens. Not my favorite anime of all time, but jesus-kun has blessed me with the music this anime has.
