I heard about this anime relatively early on and decided to watch it after the season was finished and done with, so I could watch it all in one go. I only made it through 11 of the 13 episodes because it was easily one of the worst modern anime's I've seen in my growing list. I only watched so far ahead and almost completed the series because I had a vague hope that it would somehow do a 180 degree turn and become something good. But it just progressively kept getting worse to the point of me questioning if I was a masochist for willfully watching this.

The first episode is completely watchable, but towards the end of the first episode onwards is dramatically poor and cliche-ridden garbage full of overly-convenient coincidences and a blatant bias towards the MC and his merry Harem of jailbait and breast-physics being nigh unstoppable under any circumstances. Even their soldiers are basically unstoppable.

I can honestly say I enjoyed this more than I expected after the episode where the MC is suddenly revealed to be hyper-competent and dramatically overpowered in every single possible way except raw physical strength. The enjoyable part being when it pulled the extremely rare and elusive plot-twist when a "bad guy" decides to leave while he's ahead to save everyone's time and effort.

TL;DR - Avoid this anime at pretty much all costs. Unless you enjoy watching confident and proven military leaders, who outnumber the enemy almost constantly at least 3-1... lose to a confident backwater teenager simply because "He is the Good Guy" and has unbreakable plot-armor.
