Ah, Tonari no Seki-kun or as in English, The Master of Killing Time is a rather short series with quite the amount of episodes. The show is about a girl (Rumi Yokoi) who sits a few inches away from Seki-kun, the master of killing time in multiple classes and narrates his actions as she watches him goof off. I admit it sounds incredibly boring to watch, but after getting 3 to 4 episodes in I was actually genuinely interested in what Seki-kun was going to pull out of his bag. Yokoi (and a few other characters) over exaggerate everything Seki-kun does which honestly makes the show a bit more intriguing to watch and not entirely dull. Basing this off of the animation, story telling, sound, & personal enjoyment, I give Tonari no Seki-kun: The Master of Killing Time a 7/10. It wasn't great yet it wasn't bad, it kept you interested long enough to make you want to binge watch the rest of the series. I recommend watching it if you haven't already, overall it was a pretty decent anime. Crossing fingers in hopes that they make a second season. I'm looking at you, Shin-Ei Animation.. e.e
