There's really nothing great or unique about Moe Kare!! It's mostly fluff with some mild/moderate fan service. It's not the kind of manga that has you constantly on the edge of your seat, but it has its own charm, I guess. Good if you're in the mood for something mindless to relax at the end of the day.

Fairly predictable plot, but that's not necessarily a bad thing. It revolves entirely around the love triangle between the main characters and getting the heroine topless as many times as possible.

The art was probably the best part for me. It's very bright and pretty. Lots of sparkles and big eyes. Definitely my cup of tea, but not everyone's.

Character development is really where Moe Kare!! falls short. You only ever learn anything about the 3 main characters, and even their (very shallow) backstories have virtually no impact on the main storyline beyond being an excuse for poor behavior. Only one of the characters has any significant growth, but you don't even really get to see it happening.

Personally, I enjoyed it, but not really because it was good. This just happens to be the kind of shoujo I enjoy vegging out on, so I was able to overlook a lot of big flaws.
