Basically, the description for this anime says it all:
"Voice actors comment various scenes from the anime".
In the sixteen minute-long special, the voice actors for Usagi (Hikaru Hanada), Misaki (Takahiro Sakurai), Hiroki (Kentarou Itou), Nowaki (Nobutoshi Canna) and Miyagi (Kazuhiko Inoue) talk about previous drama CDs and about how they feel about the upcoming series Junjou Romantica. Most of the actors are by themselves and address the listener, but Nowaki and Hiroki's actors converse among themselves.
It's a little bit weird to listen to because this special aired before Junjou Romantica 1. However, if you're a fan of one of the voice actors or simply want to know about "the voice behind the face", then this might appeal to you.
