Unlike the first season of Jormungand, Perfect Order simply does not deliver. At first, it seems to touch upon something exciting, world peace delivered by a catalyst of war. But in the end, the anime leaves you hanging. It devolves into ino a shitstorm of ecchi from honestly unattractive characters.
Jonah's horror at Koko's Jormungand plan could have been more fully developed. However, all that happens is Jonah running away from Koko and running back to figuratively adopted mommy in two years.
And I feel that there are less good action scenes in Perfect Order when compared to the first season.
I know this review is rather disjointed so I'll make one last concise summary.
This anime's ending left the taste of slightly spoiled milk in my mouth.
