This show had great potential but the studio just destroyed any possibility of that. The writers for the show managed to cram eleven books into twelve episodes. The whole show suffered because of this. For whatever reason they seemed to think that the story wouldn't be good enough to have a chance at a second season, and they guaranteed that by using all the material and giving a poor delivery.
