That said, I really enjoyed this anime. It had tons of laughs and was just really fun and light-hearted. The characters are all so loveable and have great chemistry with one another. The reason AC gets a 6.5 rating from me though is that I felt the sub-plots distracted from the main story rather than fleshing it out. At times it felt like the show was determined to focus on everything EXCEPT the task of the students accomplishing their mission with it's constant introduction of new characters or plot points. Maybe I just have a one-track mind, but I would have liked the story to be a little more streamlined.
Worth watching though, as there's tons of action, and it's a surprisingly feel-good anime and the animation is quality.
