That's right! I'm doing it! I'm fangirling.
I enjoyed this anime very much. Sure, there's not much going on in it. No epic plot twists. No gripping sport moment but I felt that this is such a guilty pleasure anime. An easy-breezy show you can watch during the weekends with your favorite snack.
It's not exciting, it's not heart wrenching it's not lmao funny either. But for some reason it makes me feel good (not in a raunchy way). While I was watching, I was constantly reminded of my own summer vacation. The white sand, blue sky, clear sea and the hot sun. It took me back to my fun holiday. And for some reason it kinda made me want to book another beach getaway.
And for those people who are complaining that it's just fan service and are for fujoshis. So what? I don't see people complaining about fan service with bouncing boobs and panty shots in every scene. What's so bad about an anime with hot guys in swimming gear?
In any case, fan service for girls or not I don't regret watching this. It's fun and enjoyable. :)
