An anime that grabs you by the arm every episode and says: "I hope you've come prepared for this wild ride!"

Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou is a romance anime which wraps you in its web of enjoyment and doesn't let go, making it the masterpiece that it is!

Within the first 10 minutes of the very first episode, it was easy to tell what the plot of the story was and if you carried on watching even after the first 10 minutes then it goes to show how great your reward was!

Usa, being our main character, wants an ordinary high school life, with a "decent" girlfriend. By now you probably thought this: "Hmph, another typical romance anime, MC wants a girlfriend...blah blah blah..." Boy, I can't tell you how wrong you were if you thought that! Though you'd be right in saying that SOME romance anime does tend to hover around the fact that the MC wants a girlfriend, I can't blame you for thinking that but what you must keep in mind is that Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou continuously provides you with what most romance animes couldn't: The sense of involvement.

By the end of the very first episode, you feel as though you'd do anything to live in the Kawai Complex with these strange, yet unique, characters. Usa already made his goal very clear in the first episode, and it is nearly impossible to not fall in love with this girl that Usa likes so much.

Ritsu, the girl of Usa's dreams, is by far the best female MC I have gotten the privilege to see in anime. Her behavior when she's around the little Kawai Complex group makes you wonder whether this anime can get any better than it already is. Also her hobby to read contrasts so well with Usa's general behavior in the anime, he's quite a noticeable guy whereas Ritsu is invisible, making this anime such a great watch. As for the other characters', they really do make the anime more enjoyable in the sense that they add sweetness to this very lighthearted anime. Their comedic moments are just hilarious and really brightens up your day!

I adore how this anime absolutely nails to combine its romantic moments and comedic moments together! Unlike most romance anime, Bokira wa Minna Kawaisou takes a different twist on the genre. It's an anime which you can count on to NOT provide you with tons of mishaps or misunderstandings.

We can all learn from Usa's determination to get Ritsu, his adored Senpai, to notice him. If there's someone that we truly care about then there are nothing stopping you from confessing/showing your gratitude and love towards them.

Reasons why I like the anime:
-It is the VERY FIRST anime I have seen, and I've seen many anime's, where the characters' doesn't have bizarre hair colors!
-The chemistry between each character is so strong that you'd be mad to not want to live with them in the Kawai Complex.
-Ritsu is so adorable!! I became envious of Usa! :(
-I was moved by Usa's love towards his Senpai, Ritsu.
-Shiro, Usa's masochistic roommate, made me laugh every episode.
-The landlady of the Kawai Complex made me realize how kind and accepting some people are if you open up to them.
-I felt as though I was a part of the Kawai Complex group, I considered them as family.

Reasons why I did NOT like the anime:
-I wouldn't consider this as a spoiler but we were, in a way, left on a cliffhanger on the last episode. I would be over the moon if a second season came out but I wouldn't know!

As for things like sound, character, art and story, I'd say that each and every aspect was done to an exceptional effort. The story keeps you engaged and makes you curious to what the next episode has ready for you. The sound is amazing, really puts your mind at ease. The characters' are so caring towards each other (that's a lie, Usa doesn't like most of them but in a friendly way, making Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou the definition of a 'perfect romance anime'

Overall, I'd say that this anime really set the bar up VERY high.

I'd give it an 20/10. A must watch! Thanks for reading! =)
