This anime is very bizarre, weird, and of course it would be great to be able to make a film over it. I figure in the start is quite confused and don't know what is going on around her, through the course of events she starting to realize some things, such as the purpose of life.
This anime is definitely not for the person who loves funny anime, entertainment, this is pure depression, a lot of thought!
Some episode you will see several times to understand what's it all about, and when you think you understand you will find yourself at the beginning.

The drawing is very interesting and artistic.
Sound:
The sound is a bit disturbing that would be because the anime itself is disturbing.
But nothing negative to anime or for sound. The song that opens the anime is beautiful and the song that closes the anime is my best.
OST and anime I have in a home collection.
Character:
Lain main character in this anime is very detailed, while other characters are neglected compared to her. But as far as all the total character's are very well made.
This anime definitely should not miss if you love watching anime.
