Quick Review: I really enjoyed the anime. It takes on the very realistic approach to slice of life animes and the protagonist is in some ways the anit protagonist. Things dont always go his way and there is no Karma for the just in this anime world. Refreshing and frustrating at the same time no question that this anime with its sound and art style really make you have the feels. Characters are thorough and well thought out and the monologues are beautiful a good 8/10 for me maybe even a 9.

Story: The story was good. Unlike some animes I think the Characters really carried this one. The stories basis was very cliche but it was the way the events ended up that brought a fresh new perspective. Again quite opposite in the way most animes like this. Some moments make u feel frustrated and others questioning. If you can relate to the main character Hikki then you will either love or hate this anime. I myself related to him a little bit but not extremely.
Art: Art was ok. TBH my fav art was Hikki the main guy with the fish eyes. I don't know why I just liked having the main character not look so cliche. Everyone else was very cliche in the way they were drawn.
Sound: Wasn't bad wasn't good either.
Character: Probably the best feautre of this anime is Hikki's character. He is not your regular Slice of life anime protagonists and like I said before does not have the world's karma on his side. Many different scenes will make you realize that the typical animes you are used to watching don't have any effect on this one. You get the real insight of look of what life can be like for the lone wolf in a socially driven environment. I do think some characters need to be fleshed out a little more but there is a season 2 in the works so I assume the questions will be answered then.
Overall this anime had me feeling good but I can't give it the full satisfaction it needs especially since a season 2 is in the works. So moments I felt were left unfinished and sometimes characters did things that seemed strange. Hikki is the target of alot of abuse throughout the anime and although he puts up with it you cant help but feel a little frustrated that he is being treated this poorly. I think my favourite parts of this anime are his monologues and the very opposite way things happen and how dark it can sometimes be. I dont like how things are left unsettled but thats just me.
i give this anime a 8/10. Enjoyable and Philisophical but there are better ones out there at the moment. We will have to wait for season 2!
