The story is split into three parts but each one basically revolves around the same thing. It is sort of like a real life romance story and although some people said it is one of the most sad animes out there, I disagree.
The story was still good, my favorite part was the second and how it was planned out was great. It still lacked a more dramatic effect but then again, it's supposedly more realistic as well.
The art was good. The background scenery was beautiful although the character appearences didn't have much individuality to them.
The sound was also good, it brought out the feelings in the anime but I guess not enough to make me cry...?
The characters weren't especially likable but it was more of the relationship that built around them that counted. They didn't seem to have a lot of personality besides what was for the plot.
I enjoyed this anime mostly because of the story and art although it didn't really make me feel a lot of emotions like other animes. It just seemed to stick with a sort of depressed feel that didn't change throughout the anime.
Overall, the anime was okay but highly overrated. It is great for people who like romance and drama but I would say there are better animes like that out there.
