*Note: this a review for the whole series of Fate/Zero.
In a world where there is seven heroes called servants accompanying seven mages called masters in a death battle to obtain an omnipotent wish granting vessel called the holy grail, our story starts.
In a story perspective it's it's one of the best stories I've ever heard. The story evolving one of the most famous legends out there: The King Arthur in an outstanding way, it's a great story and a great adaptation to a story and I can't say anything bad about it.
Well, we have a lot of animes that have a good story but f**king stupid character but this isn't the case here, in Fate/Zero on of the major brilliant aspects is the characters, first the show lacks a protagonist they show you the story from all characters perspective without focusing on one or two so you may choose the one you see is right and you mostly won't have any idea who is the winner till the very end of the show, also none of the characters has any relates to high school, moe girls, lolis or any stupid trsundres (Oh God, Finally!!!!) all of them have an interesting personalities and they all (except one) are adults which gives the show an atmosphere of maturity.
Then what about the soundtracks and the music overall? well, all I can say to describe it's awesomeness is what ever a fight you would see while listening to it would seem fantastic even if it's just between to cats, yes it's that awesome.
Next the art and animation, hahahahahaha do you really have to talk about it??it's UFotable. it's just the most awesome, fantastic, great, brilliant animation I've ever seen in my life, I assume that there is not only a geniuses worked on it but a crazy budget too, it's just top-notch crazy beautiful animation.
Now last but not least, my personal enjoyment:
There is nothing perfect as they say and F/Z has its flaws, the start of the show was little slow and somewhat boring and the ending confuse the people who's not familiar to The King Arthur story or the novel the show was built on and it's the most affecting factor to my score of F/Z because any adaptation should stand on its own and it shouldn't acquire a previous knowledge from the viewer at all, oh another thing is the show has almost no fanservice which was a pleasure to me.
With that being said my overall feeling about the show is other than that ending it's a must watch anime and almost a masterpiece and I would recommend it to anybody and I give it a score of 9.7 .
