It is my number one choice anime at the moment. There are other anime that are great, I won't deny that, but even a guy like me has to admit that the emotion created in this masterpiece is inspiring.
My friend and I were literally glaring at the TV saying, "If that character dies I'm going to be super pissed!" I've never been so tied to a story line an connected to the characters.
My only gripe is that I wish that the NervGear actually existed. As my roommate said, "I was born in the wrong generation."
