Mixed Feelings
To be honest, this anime is technically not a bad harem anime. Well, Kanojo ga flag wo Oraretara is a nice anime but it lacks a lot of details and points.

Story 8/10

The story sounds unique, which is great and it sounds very tragic since the male protagonist Hatate Souta is a mysterious character. I can't really spoil it. The story is at least one of those good points, and it got my attention because it wasn't boring.

Art 7/10

The animation is not bad and I give it some points since the animation is bright and the character design is not bad as well. It lost a lot of points because the animation at the last two episode did not do very well. (Trying not to spoil) The major problem is how they can actually pull off the really energetic scene when (again trying not to spoil) when a bunch of character is trying to help each other out and the main character gets a bunch of illusions which is good but at the tragic main scene, it gets messed up by a bunch of minor things happening. I mean "yeah the animation of the flag is kind of a bit funny because the way the flag pops up and breaks is a good comedic element.(correct me if I am wrong)

Sound 7/10

The sound is not bad, and the voices of each character matches them. I don't really pay attention to sound and voice because it is kind of hard for me to determine if their voice acting is good. For readers, have a perceptive mind when you read my judgement on the sound. I am not strong in determining good sound quality of characters.

Character 5/10

This is the part that really was bothering me. It lacks development, and character exposure. It is kind of a new term I probably use or made up but i am pretty sure other people use this term. Character exposure pretty much means how much did the character open up and how much did a person really express their true feelings or troubles. To be honest, a lot of characters lacks development and it annoys me a whole lot. First of all, I always have this major question "How did this and that lead to this route?" in harems because routes are important and it gives the viewer an understanding of what is happening. It lacks a lot in character development and exposure and it is hard to tell if this girl is apart of the harem. Another thing that was bothering me was the antagonists didn't get character exposure. It is so hard for me to tell if the antagonist is actually an antagonist or a good person.

Enjoyment 8/10

It is enjoyable and I liked it a lot. Even though it lacks character development. I liked the main characters since they only focus on only three characters. The second main character has really made this anime enjoyable because Nanami has tsundere points over 9000 and she is in third place in tsundere charts. 1st is Louise from Familiar of Zero and second is Taiga from Toradora.

Overall 6/10

I would give it a 6 because character development and character exposure is important and it makes up an anime and manga. I would give it a 6 until the OVA airs in December 2 and I will probably raise the score if they fix the character development and exposure.
