Talking about characters, Rikka Mizuchi was the most developed and interesting for me. No, I'm not belongs to those who likes ‘bad guys/girls’. Simply, she most willful character, her appearance most noble, and her story most dramatic.
Izumi - villain with sclerosis. Rikka Nikaidou - blonde parrot talks only 'Yuzuru-chan'. Yuzuru - slowpoke. Any decent character of second plan.
