Story:
The story department has the highest score for me. I personally find the story very unique and original. I haven't come across a similar plot line anywhere. As simple as that. It deserves a ten.
Art:
The art for me was quite ordinary. Sometimes I was quite annoyed by the characters' eyes, but I got used to it. I saw much worse art and animation, believe me. It passes. Eight.
Sound:
The sound didn't stand out much in this anime. The opening was quite suitable and cute as well. It was quite catchy that even now it still replays in my mind. Other than that, the sound category was plain. I don't even remember the ending, and the sound effects didn't stand out much. It wasn't the type that would make you go "Here it comes!" when it starts. And the characters' voices... some of them were utterly annoying, including the main character! Meh, six.
Character:
The characters score quite well in this anime. Each one of them has his own unique characters, and you can clearly see the development between the characters. I found the interaction between them quite hilarious at times. Though, the development lasts only for a second. For example, one character would hate the other, and when they have a moment and kinda get along, the development disappears and doesn't ever appear again. It's kinda like "Come on!". So it's an eight for me.
Enjoyment:
Gakuen Alice may not be the type of anime where you are at the edge of your seat, but it gives you unexplained joy. It has this friendly happy atmosphere, and has it's own funny moments. It's a good anime if you are bored and just want something to waste your time with. And you will enjoy it.

In the end, this anime is quite good, but to be honest, it lost to the manga. Just like every anime does. The manga is much darker though, so if you prefer the light, happy-go-lucky atmosphere more, then this is definitely for you.
