I've seen a lot of people criticize this anime because of it "boring plot" which is a common mistake due to the anime slow start, the first 20 episodes or so are like an introduction of the characters, but from then on it develops at a good rhythm with an original plot filled with chaarming characters.
Art:
This anime is 200+ episodes so the quality of the art starts average but becomes better as the story progress, the last arcs of the anime reveal the dedication of the artists behind every scene.
Sound:
Just great, there are like 8 openings/endings and you can enjoy them all.
Character:
Unlike other action anime the main character is not a hot-blooded dumb guy who will enter running without a plan on obviously dangerous situations, Tsuna is an awkward and shy student who would do anything for the sake of his famiy/friends.
The other characters show some really intense personalities thar are very charming as well as intimidating.
